Richard C. Brennan, CPA : Graduated from Fresno State University in 1965; received his Certified Public Accountant certificate in 1967. Dick has been practicing in public accounting for over 35 years. He is a Past President of the Bakersfield Chapter of the California Society of CPA’s and has served on numerous local and state committees. He is also active in community service. Dick’s areas of expertise include agriculture, oil and real estate. 

 

 

Rick Millan, CPA : Graduated from Fresno State University in 1982; received his Certified Public Accountant certificate in 1985; and achieved a Masters Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University in 1993. Rick has been practicing in public accounting since 1983. Rick’s areas of expertise include telecommunications, medical service, agriculture and oilfield service.

 

Rosemarie Millan : Graduated from California State University, Fresno, in December 1984 and received her Certified Public Accountant certificate in 1987. Rosemarie has over 16 years of experience in public accounting. In addition to public accounting, she also has extensive experience in private accounting, as a part-time controller managing her family-owned agricultural farming companies. Rosemarie’s areas of expertise include agriculture, oil service and real estate.

 

Tammy Whittington, CPA : Graduated from California State University Bakersfield with honors in 1995. She received her Certified Public Accountant certificate in 1997. She has been practicing in public accounting since 1994. In addition to public accounting, Tammy has worked as an accounting manager in the construction industry.

 

Natasha Barber : Graduated from California State University Bakersfield in 1992. Passed all four parts of the CPA exam in 1994 and is now working on acquiring the required hours to obtain her CPA license. Having previously worked for the State Board of Equalization for seven years as a Tax Auditor, Natasha’s area of expertise is in sales and use tax law.

 

Theresa Loyd : Has been a bookkeeper for years and is experienced in all facets of accounting and record keeping from preparing payroll checks to compiling financial statements.

Krystal Dailey : years of experience in bookkeeping. Well versed in preparing payroll and quarterly payroll reports, doing monthly write up, and all areas of bookkeeping.

Arlene Braganza : Has been with the firm for over 11 years in the capacity of Office Manager. She is very familiar with all our clients and can even recognize their voices on the phone. She provides administrative support to the professional staff.

Robyn Green : She is our part-time receptionist (you can hear her voice in the afternoons). She is dedicated to assisting our staff and clients in every way possible, including running errands.
